    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Met some great people along the way. That's about it.

    Cons

Constant reorging 2-3 times a year, constant layoffs for many years although company is doing well, reflects lack of focus and sense of chaos, conditions get more stressful by the year. Upper management doesn't listen to lower management or employees who are doing the work. Lack of loyalty to great people. Over attention to costs. Almost all service delivery functions have been off-shored now. Customer service has tanked and customers are irate. Team spirit has been destroyed. Employees have lost motivation and are bitter. Not a good place to work anymore.
