    Good salary and Benifits provided to those who are able to last beyond five years

    Management is confused and incapable of knowing their trade. Buisness is driven by numbers not knowledge base or efficiecy of job performance.

    Advice to Management

    Stop rotating your Managers to the point of incompetency. Nobody understand what is expected of them due to shifting priorties
