    Pros

Great benefits, convenient hours, good vacation policy, big company with opportunities if you are willing to move, discount on phones. Really good at promoting a diverse workforce.

    Cons

Morale can be low at some locations due to layoffs and restructuring which is a constant thing. There seems to be a difference in terms of benefits for labor vs non labor employees. Legacy company plays a big role in career advancement if you come from a merger.
