    Cons

    - Corporate Favoritism - It's corporate culture, so if you are interested in promoting, you have to make friends and connect on different levels. It is sometimes more about who likes you, than how well you do the job. - For some, it is high stress. It's performance based, so lot of pressure to do well. - Schedule changes every 6 months, BUT schedule based on performance (So essentially you can control it.)

    Advice to Management

Continue to promote high quality performers. If a person has completed ANY Verizon Branded leadership programs, they should automatically be eligible for secondary management (Supervisor, Acting Supervisor) with being disqualified by a test or needing additional CRT requirements.
