Keep laying off employees almost every year

I have been working at Verizon full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    1) Flexible timings (I mean entry but not exit as most of times we try to overlap with US folks and it would extend till 9 PM)
    2) Above average Pay Master
    3) Most of this Pay would be fixed
    4) Recent policies like allowing camera mobiles, remote connectivity have gone down well with employees.

    Cons

    1) Technical growth would be zero
    2) Fight between onsite and offshore is disgusting as most of the times onshore see offshore eating into their positions.
    3) Worthless folks just being in the project for years get into ranks quickly

    Advice to Management

    1) Please rotate people among projects to identify the right talent so that they can lead a project.
    2) Give respect to the work of people rather than the project importance result.
