I worked at Verizon Wireless full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Tuition payment program is amazing. This is a great option for a working student. They pay $8000 a year on school

Cons

The schedules change every 6 months or so. And the hours are very random.

Advice to Management

Many of the employees felt overly judged by the supervisors when it came to little things in their calls. Others complained that the supervisors nick-picked the calls for minor errors. Bonuses are based on quality and the judging was very subjective by the supervisors.

I worked at Verizon Wireless full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The company is great at training I learned a ton there. Money was good benefits are great! The health benefits, half off my bill, they pay for school and a whole list of things.

    Cons

Numbers began to get really hard to meet. It felt like they are trying to push good sales reps out of the stores. Management watched you like a hawk and wanted you to sell things to people that really had no business buying it.

    Hard to move up. Saturated.

    Advice to Management

Not everybody needs a tablet with 4g in it. Get over it.
