Can be stressful for some.

Don't micro manage sales reps that are performing in the top 10 percent.

    Pros

    pay is decent, SOME great co-workers, excellent perks such as vacation time and discounts

    Cons

    Ridiculous goals, constantly changing performance goals, high-stress, incompetent managers, expect you to work overtime all the time. Managers often set you up for failure by telling you to do something with no real guidance on how to achieve.

    Advice to Management

    they should work as sales consultants for at least a week to see how it really is on the sales floor
