    Pros

    Pay and benefits were the real pros.

    Cons

    They don't practice what they preach. It's all about revenue and not about what's the right thing to do for the customer. Reps feel harassed and, even when you are doing a great job in one area, you are not going to be lauded unless you sell at least $70 worth of accessories to every single customer. It doesn't matter if it's your Grandma on welfare, or a struggling college student. ACCESSORIES have to be sold or you have to sit through a counseling session taking you off the floor, which takes away sales, which just snowballs in to more frustrations and lack of motivation.

    Advice to Management

    Get real people in these positions. Do what you said you were going to do every single year, and reduce the bureaucracy you always talk about at the kickoffs. Be real! See the world as it is in these hard economics times, and most importantly, Get over yourselves. You lose great people all the time, and promote people that barely know how to use a mouse, much less can help when you need assistance on a system issue or the like.

    Good Benefit, ok paid, nice people

    Cons

    Very stressful task, lots of responsibilities for one job tittle.

    Advice to Management

    Please realize you have all the good & talented people working for this company and focus to making big profit and laid off people is not a good thing
