I have been working at Verizon Wireless full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent pay and benefits, best in-class training program, great workplace environment

    Cons

Hours are an issue if you have a family. You basically live at Verizon and 5-7 days per week and can work up to 10 hours per day. If you're single it's a great job and you're able to save lots of money.

    Advice to Management

Cut down on micro-management in each store.

I have been working at Verizon Wireless full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

It a company where you can make money in sales, on some months. Great Benefits, Great rewards.

    Cons

You can"t gets holidays off to be with your familys. You can't take vacation during holiday time.

    Advice to Management

Its a very stressful job, because of the quotas to meet every month. It has changed as far as the pay out on commissions is concerned. If we don't sell all the products then we don't get pay, instead we lose money. Not every customer has money to spend $80.00 of accessories.
