Negative Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I worked at Verizon Wireless full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Pretty good pay, decent healthcare coverage, and a 401k match of 100% for up to 6%....as long as you're willing to stress yourself to the point that you wind up in a hospital

Cons

Stress, Asking employees and encouraging them to act unethically in order to fudge performance results in managements favor, an HR system that takes months to answer an email, poor/non existent coaching until they are ready to throw you out the door or want to powerhouse you into doing something immoral

Advice to Management

Don't ruin whistleblowers, force them to leave, and then give them a bad reference when trying to find work elsewhere since they made some staff "look bad" for reporting unethical and illegal behavior
