Pros

Great pay. Benefits are really good. They paid for my college tuition. Made A LOTT of money working there. Overall great company and benefits.

Cons

They recently changed their commission structure. Before reps were able to easily make $3000 in commissions, but now its hard to surpass $1500. They make you push data like no other but don't pay you enough for selling data.

Advice to Management

Keep commission structure in line with company directives. If you pay more than similar positions, you will keep talented employees.

    Pros

EXCELLENT benefits, 50% service discount, flexible schedule, great 401k, profit sharing contributions, great people to work with, generally affluent and educated customer base, superb ongoing training, tuition reimbursement

    Cons

they squeeze the soul out of you, management says one thing and backdoors you, growth opportunities are not as readily available as they should be, management is out of touch with the reality at the ground level, the harder you work the more likely you will be kept in position for "needs of the business", retail managers are in it for the wrong reasons, unreasonable expectations at times

    Advice to Management

promote and recognize talent in a timely manner, dont squeeze the soul out of your employees, get some new blood in the management ranks, cut the dead weight the company picked up in mergers that are holding people back, go back to being human.....this isnt the company i signed up for anymore
