Pros

Great pay. Benefits are really good. They paid for my college tuition. Made A LOTT of money working there. Overall great company and benefits.

Cons

They recently changed their commission structure. Before reps were able to easily make $3000 in commissions, but now its hard to surpass $1500. They make you push data like no other but don't pay you enough for selling data.

Advice to Management

Keep commission structure in line with company directives. If you pay more than similar positions, you will keep talented employees.

    Pros

401k matched at 6%, profit sharing, yearly bonus for employees at each level, up to 8,000 tution prepayment/reimbursment, 26 paid days off in the first year of employement. Benefits start the first day of employment!

    Cons

Rules change everyday, opportunities for advancement aren't always known or shared by management. To much bureaucracy. In customer care moral is low.

    Advice to Management

Stop the bureaucracy. Let the employees know about all of the options for advancement and how to do what is needed to change positions. It would also be good if the capabilities of the representative were expanded so that we won't have to go to a supervisor for so much assistance.
