Work/Life Balance, lack of flexible scheduling, Upward mobility requires relocation, culture varies market to market

Advice to Management

The market I worked in lacked creativity in the sales approach, but I had heard of other markets that weren't that way. I feel that the unwillingness to adapt to the changing sales environment led to a top 5 sales location to dwindle to sub 50th percentile in the business. This was rather frustrating considering the difference in commission sales income changed by nearly $20K.
