    Pros

Large Corp. with potential to be a great company. Many good employees and middle management.

    Cons

Even though this is a large Corporation it is run like a "Mom and Pop" company. There is no consistency throughout this organization and feel upper management has lost touch with the field.

    Advice to Management

Create a unified company that operates the same on the east coast as it does on the west coast. Rely on feedback from staff in the field and not armchair managers that are out of touch with their local operation.

    Pros

Great pay. Benefits are really good. They paid for my college tuition. Made A LOTT of money working there. Overall great company and benefits.

    Cons

They recently changed their commission structure. Before reps were able to easily make $3000 in commissions, but now its hard to surpass $1500. They make you push data like no other but don't pay you enough for selling data.

    Advice to Management

Keep commission structure in line with company directives. If you pay more than similar positions, you will keep talented employees.
