I have been working at Verizon Wireless full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Use to be a fun place to work where you had the opportunity to make a decent amount of money.

Cons

Too many metrics to focus on. Additionally metrics that management wants you to focus on to attain a high "scorecard" ranking do not translate to high commissions. These metrics should align instead of being at odds with one another.

Advice to Management

Change the scorecard so it aligns with commissions.
