    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

If you're good at sales, you can make 50k+ a year. Benefits have been good. Top 1-2 reps at each location do well.

    Cons

Management at my particular location/area has always been sub-par. Decisions seem to be made without thought of the consequences to the employees they affect most, only with regard to meeting a metric for the store/area as a whole. An employee could be making great money and exceeding comission objectives, but fall short on other non-payable objectives and could put their job in jeaopardy. As a sales rep, we sell what makes us money. Asking us to change our approach when it will negativley affect our earnings is ridiculous. Morale at my location is low. Job satisfaction is highly tied to location overall performance and management style/competancy.

    Advice to Management

Put a monetary incentive (read: NOT NEGATIVE) towards objectives that you want achieved that are not currently tied to comission objectives. Positive comunication between upper management and front line employees.
