      Pros

      Vertu has some unbelievable staff, and this is what made my time enjoyable. It did however suffer from lack of direction and tough market pressures. Great story and product.

      Cons

      Confusing management engagement, lack of direction and far too much focus on jazzy marketing rather than being honest to the product and history.

      Pros

      Decent pay -- most companies in this industry offer a low base salary and high commissions. Vertu offers a higher than normal base salary and a little lower commission.

      Cons

      - Terrible leadership - Poor company structure - You never know if the company will be out of business the next day.

      Exclusive product and market, minimal supervision, ability to shine.

      Cons

      No management support or direction, cannot 'walk the walk'. Unreasonable management decisions, lack of appreciation of workers.
