    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    Summer Fridays
    Mentor program for career growth
Depending on your team, nice perks
Jeans environment, depending on your team
Workshops available for a variety of topics
Good place to get experience than move on to another company- some people leave MTV to get a better paying job after a few years because the company name can open doors for you

    Cons

    Poor pay compared to competitors
Depending on your department, little to no room for growth. You may have to network with a few senior level managers to get a promotion or recommendation
Constant change- not always for good when it is not communicated clearly and truthfully
Depending on your department getting things done can be a lot of red tape.

    Advice to Management

Increase the salaries and maybe people will stay with the company for more than the "perks". Although a great place to work for new comers to the business or college grads who don't know what to expect monetarily, there is not good increase for jobs well done. Management should really look into other forms of rewarding employees for good work.
