-Many locations(you can work in one state than transfer to another easily)

-Not enough pay
-Sketchy hours
-Rude employers

Watch how you talk to people and treat everyone with the same amount of respect. Regaurdless of your feelings towards them.

    I have been working at Victoria's Secret full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    -Free bras almost evey three months or buy in for $15
    -Very friendly environment with peers
    -Managers understand and listen to concerns
    -Advancement to higher lvl is quicker than other retail settings

    Cons

    -Payment for entry level or full-time sales specialist is very disappointing extremely hard to live off of
    -only receive one weekend off a month
    -late hours at time and hard to plan for personal evens with friends
    -15min breaks or 30min always in a rush to get back to work
    -have to let manager know your getting off the floor to go to the restroom or even have to wait if the store is busy

    Advice to Management

    After 3-5 years will excel to a management level even without Bachelors
    Harder to get to cooperate without a degree
