I have been working at Victoria's Secret part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

30% discount for associates at VS, PINK, and Bath and Body Works
Free seasonal bra (if they have your size) and free perfume samples
Ability to make good hours if you have good availability
AIM program (associates interested in management)
If you move anywhere in the country where there's a store, you can transfer (good job security)

    Cons

In smaller stores, not much opportunity for growth
    No commission
They don't fire employees or discontinue seasonal employees if work isn't up to standards
Store standards change weekly/Too much product knowledge required
Mostly girls can get really catty

    Advice to Management

Don't let personal get in way of business
