Pros

It provides a valuable experience in understanding the importance of marketing efforts for any company. You're able to work hand-in-hand with the company and university.

Cons

The compensation wasn't as high as one would expect. While there are plenty of unpaid internships out there, I still believe that a higher pay could be in order.

Advice to Management

You're doing great. The program is a wonderful opportunity for any girl pursuing marketing, advertising, or business. Keep it up!

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

The training is pretty good-they run you through all the brands and introduce you to all the bras. The benefit is decent-30% on regular price, but no discount on sale items.

    Cons

No commission, and they still push you to sell. Sometimes they came off as telling associates to be very aggressive with customers.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good training, it works to build customer moral. Maybe give a discount on sale items, since employees buy so much Semi-annual sale items.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Decent pay for retail ( 9.75 for me at the time), if you like interacting with customers it is a great place to work as it is expected of you as the number one priority.

    Cons

Must close 2 nights a week even when part-time (which means staying 2 hours after they close to organize), managers overly concerned with credit card openings.

    Advice to Management

Reward more for excellent customer service and try to be less focused on credit cards, many people do not want to open a credit card in this economy and just want you to help them find what they are looking for instead of hounding them to open a credit card.
