Guys you think your running a company then sorry to say your screwing employees life, what the hell is wrong with the management when you meet your clients learn something and learn the way they run the company, respect is all an employee wants but you people are just screwing things, not a single person is happy in your company money making is not all about it. Do something which would earn you some respect and not fights in offices. Its corporate workd and not your home, just because people are dependent on you who gave you the rights to do so. Just a gentle peace of advice to management you dont have the caliber to run the company
