Pros

NM. The facility is outstanding, the environment is inclusive, welcoming, and diverse. They've got a barista. They serve lunch. There's a fully stocked Keurig in every breakroom. They're green, and try to be sustainable. They're on the cutting edge of space tourism and they're dedicated to that cause. A real pleasure to work with.

Cons

NM. The facility is approx 45 minutes away from Las Cruces, so unless you live closer, it's about an hour and a half to two hours of commute every day. They've got a shuttle, but still. Can't use your own tools, and their tool supply is decent but limited.
