Get to play many roles and learn. strong delivery process. Work with multiple clients - good exposure. some great people to work with

Cons

The backend, delivery and support teams could be more entrepreneurial. Senior mgmt should drive more vision, culture and values through the organization

    Pros

    You will be a consultant to some of the biggest names in banking and get to put that on a resume.

    Cons

    There is very little communication from senior management, which could be a product of a recent acquisition, but that was almost a year ago.

    Advice to Management

    Train all of your consultants to be salespeople and give them the tools to expand the business. This will empower them to have more control over their own future and compensation.
