Pros

Good benefits: 10% 401-K matching fully vested, annual bonus, depending of the area you can potentially have stocks (that is really depending of your manager/area.... controllership does not offer that frequently, but FP&A and corporate finance always give stocks).

Cons

Bad career opportunities, especially in Austin, TX. Almost all good opportunities are in Miami or California. Salary increases are bad. Old organization with a lot of updated procedures. Managers have been at the company for years, so it is difficult to make changes. Hostile environment from the current VP, which is pushing a lot of people: people are overworking but at the same time must provide improvements without having time. Recent surveys inside the company show a high level of employee dissatisfaction and the company does not care about it. The VP hosted a meeting to talk about the survey results and literally treated people as "I do not care about what you think"
