    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

One of the only decent things about working for this company was the flexibility with time off and when emergencies came up.

    Cons

Employees are terribly underpaid and the benefits are awful as compared to other companies in similar industries. Communication from all levels of management is severely lacking if you’re lucky to get any at all, performance evaluations, and raises are non-existent, and there is no room for career growth or promotion opportunities. The few entry level employees are alienated from management as "clicks" inter office "drama" and “favoritism” are highly encouraged. Members of management are unprofessional, and many are inexperienced and under qualified for the positions they hold.

    Advice to Management

Start considering the quality of the managers you have on hand, there is absolutely no reason to have 1 manager per every employee. Also, it might be useful to take a serious look at how you treat your employees as they are the backbone to keeping your company functioning.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

extremely underpaid with almost non-existent benefits- this is just basically a "job". No respect or communication from Management.

    Cons

Ratio of managers to employees is exaggerated. Management is unprofessional. Horrible system that does not reward people based on performance.

    Advice to Management

Take a hard look at your managers. Most are unqualified/ inexperienced and you have too many mangers vs employees.
