Its a start up so there's always a bit of risk

VitaminLab is still in its start-up phase however it is a company that really cares about its employees. I have had lots of chances to make a positive impact during my time with the company. I feel like this is a place where I am valued and my opinion really matters. I am also passionate about what we are building here and really believe in our business model. I am very optimistic there are big things in the future for this company and its current and future teams. We also have really great benefits options for a company of this size - the personal Fridays and wellness benefits are really valued!

This is still a start-up and if being in this kind of environment is a place you can thrive then this is for you. However, if you like multiple levels of processes and a fixed way of being this might not be the place for you. This is however what I love about being here and it's exciting to see us building a team of people who also seem to thrive in this type of environment.
