I worked at Vlink full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Fast on-boarding process.
    - Very transport accessible location.
    - Flexible timings.

    Cons

    - Long Probation Period : 6 months probation period for freshers as well as experienced employees. After that also, don’t be surprised, if you are not made permanent.

    - No cafeteria or pantry and no shop nearby: The so called director sits with employees and tells the staff to buy the cheapest snacks available. Also puts a two biscuit restriction for employee.

    - Weak Leadership : This whole company is basically run by few people, rest everyone is powerless, Managers cannot even approve a pen for employees.

    - Management Hires: There are a lot of people here who are relatives of management and they harass those who are not, that is why you see all the good people leaving soon.

    - Salary issues : Salary is never on time. A lot of time they just hire you for contract positions and don’t even pay you properly, you always need to fight to get your salary.

    - Ignorant HR : The HR team will aggressively pursue you during recruiting and will forget you as soon as you are on board. You will be wasting your time and energy, if you are expecting any solutions from them for your problems. They are having the most secure job in organisation as they are very close to senior management.

    - Hire and Fire policy : Even though they pretend to be a company, but they fire people almost immediately after the project completes.

    - No Ethics: HR/PR team forces you to write good reviews on glass door. I wish I can attach a screenshot of that mail. All the good reviews you see here are either fake or of VLink USA office.

    - Projects : Most of the work are of support work in nature.

    - Low pay for Freshers: They are not paid anything for 3 months and after that, some meagre amount. They don’t even spare college interns who come for 3 months only and make them work on critical projects which are to be delivered to client.

    - Poor infrastructure : Old furniture, poorly maintained toilets. 2nd floor office without lift. No cab/shuttle facility (though you can reimburse the cab) but nothing handy, if you were in emergency.

    - Staffing: Coming up to staffing, God knows how they have clients(yes, they do have some clients).

-Contractual Job Situation: You will be hired for client, deputed at client location. The day of your salary, you won’t be getting a single penny. HR dept will tell you that due to some billing issue with client , money was not credited. This month you will not be getting salary, next month you will receive accumulated salary of both months. Now you will hope and wait for next month salary date. Next month they will give you salary of 1 month only. If asked, they will tell you project is on verge of completion so now client will process FNF, So again no salary. First they will tell you its a long term project later on you will come to know it was Contract. So working for 3-4 months and u will get salary max of 2 months. Obviously client are reputed ones, they are giving the complete salary but VLink will never give you proper salary.
