- Employee friendly policies.
- Right balance between personal and professional life.
- Work hard, right reward.
- Ability to interact with various people across the globe and interact with them and understand their cultures.

Cons

- Since it is a multi-cultural environment, matching the wavelength of all the people in the project will be a tough work initially.
- There are chances of re-inventing the wheel due to the number of people in the company

Advice to Management

Once in a year, the management can provide Vodafone freebies like a mug, Cap, Bag or even a fridge magnet to all the employees as a thank you for all the hard work we put in during the year. Ideal time would be around Christmas.

    Pros

    The most important reason is that Vodafone is a good reference for your cv. If you are good at your job everybody will respect to you and you will feel yoursef good.

    Cons

    there is not so much chance of you to be promoted to a higher band even if you do your job perfectly.

    Advice to Management

    try to contribute to the career path of your employees. The most important is that please try to be fair for all kinds of issues especially salary.

    Large customer base makes for interesting challenges in delivering services

    Cons

    Separation of duties doctrine makes for responsibilities to fragment accross two or more teams in most cases, severely impacting ability to drive change without upper management support.

    Advice to Management

    support your teams in driving change, embrace change as a constant factor, stop playing political games with other managers, sit down with your front line people and listen carefully to what they need.
