I worked at Vodafone as a contractor (Less than a year)

Pros

1- I learned an excellent communication and presentation skills.
2- I knew how to handle any customer core-Med-high-premium & paltinum.
3- The only communication firm that has the call record of the customers appear in only 20 minutes!!!.
4- Strongest system.
5- A lot of benefits & friendly atmosphere.

Cons

there was some changes that the system done in the rate plans of the customers by it self that causes the customers call to abuse us and some balance disputes,, but after amending the system it becomes the most powerful system in the field of communication firms.

Advice to Management

just stop stressing the employees more and more ,,, they already have enough stress

    5. Environmentally conscious
    6. Good image on local market as well as very respected Globally

    Cons

    1. Lots of things started are not finished
    2. Constant changes - decisions change, conditions change, organizational structure changes often
    3. At times unclear internal processes and procedures
    4. High work intensity

    Advice to Management

    Stick to agreed priorities and don't forget to have a long term vision! Ensure timely communication and care for employees - they are an amazing asset you still have! Don't lose the passion that the company once had - that is what made it unique and that is what powered employee loyalty.
