Huge turn over! Corporate doesn't care about their employees (or residents for that matter) Constantly laying people off or firing them for unjust cause! Then replacing them with people who are incompetent. CEO is on a power trip and doesn't have human decency, talks down to everyone especially women. HR only looks out for themselves. HUGE HUGE COMPANY TURN OVER! They either fire you or you end up leaving. This company won't last for long.
