Pros
The sups are on your side, even though they have zero control over what happens at the company and all their requests on behalf of their employees are ignored.
Cons
Company does not push out a quality product, then when it breaks and all the angry mechanics, administrators and truck drivers call in asking why their Federal DOT Logs are incorrect (And often illegal to change in regards to drive time) we have sit there and take their verbal abuse while explaining there is nothing that can be done to fix it because the product was flawed, without being allowed to say the product is flawed. Then company comes back with "well if our support team just explains there's nothing we can do a little better, they wont be so mad."
