Negative Outlook

I have been working at Volunteers of America part-time

Pros

I love the population and my co workers ( before they were all fired due their race)
Its a faith based organization

Cons

senior management does not listen to employees, numerous complaints about the ethics of the organization, complaints from residents frequent and no resolve. HR is biased to senior employees and directors

Advice to Management

do a better job and hearing the messages that workers are conveying to you. Be truthful and follow up on grievances when filed instead of sweeping it under the rug.
