Great people to work with and great clients!

      Pros

My coworkers are great and we all care about our mission as well as our clients. I also have the privilege of working with a lot of business owners of all sizes and from different industries. There's great satisfaction in watching my clients find success.

      Cons

The teams are small, which can be a good thing but leads to bandwidth issues. This can make it difficult to keep up with day-to-day tasks given the number of clients in my book of business.

        Pros

Amazing culture, friendly people that are happy to help, great management, solid benefits

        Cons

Pay could be more competitive but what they lack in pay they more then make up for in culture and work/life balance. Still very happy here despite any cons.

          Pros

People are nice and supportive. But you can't really learn anything.

          Cons

Low pay, lack of management, no warning of laying people off. Company is doing really bad right now. Don't see a future of it.

I’ve gone through too many interviews now, with some being extremely promising until the 3rd-4th round and I get hit with an email stating: “We’re putting this position on hold to refocus on what we really need from the role” Or something similar. What is going on with these job postings and then freezing the hiring? I can’t be just a Q4 thing because I’ve gone through this over the summer with multiple interviews. Is it me? Or is the market really that right for everyone right now?

I have a 3rd interview for the same position coming up with the HR Director. What should I expect? Already met with the team manager, Hr Specialist and Regional Director.
