I wish I had avoided this Company - Project Management Office (PMO) Voneus Employee Review

There are some very talented people in Voneus who work really hard for the good of the Company, they are willing to help and are keen to embark on new initiatives, however, middle management are expected to do more with less.

There is no ownership / accountability at the very top of the organisation. Money was leaking out of the business due to poor decision making, no pushback on the CEO. As a result, the company have made redundancies but top management have managed to escape the process. Some serious questions really need to be asked.

Colleagues are cooperative, and so are the line managers.

Training not upto par with my previous workplaces. Training promises were not met. To stay here you need to do a lot of research on your own to grow. Worst part is they renew you on a 6-month contract and not a permanent one.
