Had to give my 2 cents after reading all these obviously fake reviews.
1. Management is atrocious. It was bad from the start and telling by the most recent negative reviews, it’s still bad. No sense of project management, I doubt anyone has formal training in it.
2. They expect you to hit the ground running after 1 month, which is hilarious and not at all the professional standard of 3 months. If an employee’s output isn’t adequate one month in, it’s because you haven’t trained them properly, or because you have outrageous standards.
3. The silver lining to the pandemic I guess is not dealing with the office. Constantly dirty with very little room to spare. Hopefully everyone’s working remotely and isn’t forced to go in.
4. Meetings were non existent and unprofessional. Instead of waiting for the meeting room to free up, some meetings would happen outdoors on the sidewalk with pedestrians and traffic passing by.
5. The CEO doesn’t know what he wants. They’ll hire people for low rates because of high turnover then fire them and continue the same cycle. He will also keep tabs on your public opinions constantly and begs employees to write positive Glassdoor reviews.
6. Loud and intimidating behaviour from upper management. They claim to be a family but know nothing about their employees and take advantage of people who are desperate for work.
