    Pros

Very young and upcoming company in the office supply industry
    Long term growth looks positive
    Some very nice people

    Cons

    Poor management
No incentive to meet monthly goals
    Pointless meetings
Accounts will be stolen from you
Favoritism is common at all levels
    Extreme lack of professionalism

    Advice to Management

Help sales reps feel more appreciated rather than drive them away by making them feel like they don't belong to the "club"
Allow reps to work from home more often
Allow reps more freedom in their work day
If mistakes are made...be a mentor to help fix a situation instead of disrespecting and belittling reps
This company is an HR nightmare

    Pros

Learn a lot by being given a lot of responsibility.

    Cons

From experience in Marketing department, can be an uncomfortable work environment if you don't fit in with the department culture. This department seems to weed people out over time and send them to different departments.
