I have been working at W.W. Grainger full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

good benefits, salary ok , profit sharing

Cons

Supervisors are in only for what they can get for themselves, they don't care about anyone else. They tend to favor those who had been there longer. New ideas are only heard if it's the people they like. Too much favoritism. Zero promotion. I don't recommend this company unless you are looking for another paycheck. ah, there is no flexibility for life/work either.

Advice to Management

Too many layers of managment are useless and give zero visibility to the valuable people that does the work. Then you wonder why ratings are low at this location. Employees have low morale due to zero advancement
