    Pros

    - People are generally nice and pretty casual work environment - You could get some diverse projects to work on which can help your portfolio if you are young.

    Cons

    - Ridiculous turn over rate: talented people leave quickly and others get fired after just few months (even weeks). - The company layoff is crazy and rude. People lose jobs when the work is slow (around December) and they over hire during the year. The company has no concern for people's livelihood. - Management acts like everything is great but they could care less if you are gone the next day. - No project... management. There's one person who "directs" PM somehow has lots of power over getting rid of people she doesn't like. - Director level people rarely show up to work yet they complain when others take off more than 2 weeks. - People who stay here for more than 5 years are generally bought into company's BS and not very ambitious. They literally recycle ideas for every project they work on. - Bunch of senior designers have no skills or talent but get promoted when people leave and/or if certain directors like them personally.

    Advice to Management

    - Organize core team and keep them rather than hire bunch of unqualified people. - You do not need large number of "Directors" who do not do anything but say bunch of key works and go to meetings. - Learn how to actually interview and find talent. - Hire actual cleaning service so the staff bathrooms, kitchen and office areas aren't disgusting. - Get rid of overhead but firing dead weight in management.

Former Employee - Project Manager in Dublin, OH

I worked at WD Partners full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great teams, great people with a comfortable office culture.

    Cons

More work is taken on or agreed to than there are resources for which lead to an incredible amount of persistent overtime. There is a lot of what appears to be say yes now and figure it out later.

    Advice to Management

Check in with the teams managing and developing the product more often. See where resources are more critical to maintain a better balance with less burn out.
