Pros

The room-scale work is great and the Blu + Gnomes and Goblins were focused on quality. Get to work with "important people" on occasion

Cons

- Poor money management; burned through massive amount of funding with very little to show for it - Co-Founders not aligned, lead to infighting and competing priorities - Astounding turnover - Nobody in leadership knows how to ship - Be ready to crunch in order to impress "important people" - Lots of yelling

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us feedback! A lot of our turnover is due to the fact we tend to work with a lot of contractors on an as-needed basis. However, optics are important. We'll be sure to communicate that more clearly with our teams! As of writing this, we're now working with an agile software development consultancy to help us better understand and work with our dev teams. Our hope is to ensure we create a small, well-balanced team environment that is conducive to iteration and tight feedback loops. Thanks for taking the time and please know that this feedback is very important to us. -Wevr Team

Pros

Great team to work with. This is the second startup I've worked with and so far, I think the communication has been great. There's a lot of work, which is good and a lot of room to grow.

Cons

Takes a little more time to learn and understand the work since the company is smaller.

Pros

I've been contracting with Wevr on and off for over 4 years now, the last 3 of which I've been a working steadily on projects. With that context; - Leadership is readily available for communication with team members. - Leads give you a chance to grow in your rolls at the company. - Compensation matches growth. - Actively trying to build a culture that fosters success. - Get a chance to work on some truly amazing content with some of the worlds best IPs. - Remote positions available. - Considerate of your personal life. - You own your successes.

Cons

- They are a smaller company, this can be a pro, but comes with drawbacks. - You need to take initiative and communicate with leads. - The other side of the "you own your successes" coin is you also own your mistakes, as a small company people know when you've dropped the ball on your team/project.

This feedback helps us ensure that we're doing the right thing by our employees! -Wevr Team
