The room to grow is limited. They're presence in small obscure cities makes it so that in order to move up you must be willing to move to manage a smaller location

I have been working at WIS International part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Very flexible hours
Generally good people to work with (until they wise up and move on)

    Cons

Overall this company lacks structure and professionalism.

High turn over due to mass hiring, over work coupled with sever under work, general lack of respect being shown toward employee concerns. Good employees will go through strong physical demands, work hours not unlike shift/splits, and are not guaranteed a raise every year and there are zero benefits.

Quite often shifts will not be reflected properly on a pay cycle and straightening this out can take up to three weeks, and quite a bit of persuading.

    Advice to Management

Make sure all offices function together, sharing benefits and knowledge from other offices. Area and regional managers should be held up to higher standards, especially concerning organizational skills, employee management/relations, and business demeanor.
