I have been working at WIS International part-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Getting to travel throughout New England and spending time in hotels. Going to different malls that I've never been to. Don't have to drive to every job in your own vehicle unless you want to, because they have company vehicles. Get paid weekly instead of bi-weekly.

Cons

The higher your CPH (counting per hour) the more hours you get. Employees should get hours based on their availability, not how fast you can count. You can have two jobs one week, and zero the next. Or if you're a really good counter you could have 5+ a week depending on what inventories are going on and how many people are needed.

Advice to Management

If you say you do evaluations every 6 months, then you should do them every six months. I've been employed by this company for 3 years and only had one. People shouldn't be excluded from getting raises just because they missed a day of work, or because their CPH is lower than average. Instead of putting out Help Wanted Ads, you should give more hours to the employees that you have. Training should be done in a store instead of the WIS office. Supervisors/managers should pay more attention to the road and less to their phones.

I worked at WIS International part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Get to travel and see other areas you may never seen before. Other than that there are zero pros to this job.

    Cons

Where do I begin? Lousy pay, awful hours, bad benefits, and waste of your time. You may work 1-40 hours a week and that might be it. I made only $60 one month the next $20. I was promised full-time work but never saw more than 12hrs in a single month.
