Pros
Paid travel and accommodations; different job location everyday; company provided transportation to and from job site; advancement opportunities; production based wage increasements; hiring bonus; paid weekly
Cons
Constant changing work schedule with little to no notice; poor communication from upper management; variable shift hours- some shifts are 3hrs, 6hrs, or 9hrs depending on staffing; poor scheduling of staff based on needs by upper mgmt; low moral; no voice; feel as if there is little to no support from upper mgmt as a Supervisor or counter; no actual training period provided- 1-4hr session with trainer then once on job crew expected to train and count reducing their overall productivity and ensuring mgmt involvement; no official recurring day off per week- may work 3 days then day off or work 11 days straight

Pros
Decent pay.
Ideal for those who want money or fresh out of schooling or for first job
Cons
They treat you like just a body in the Milwaukee office.
Most managers don't care if you meet your quotas
Favoritism.
They fire the good people and believe in gossip such as accusations of criminal status despite having no crime record which is public knowledge. The stereotypes and racism. Complete disregard of any psychological disorders such as being Borderline, autism, adhd. They'll fire you even if you missed work a couple of times if you're pregnant (seen it happen). And will keep people who rightfully should have been fired for assaulting a coworker.
OH and will expect you to work most the time without breaks after the 4 or 5 hour mark. Or worse expect you to work and be ready the next day after having been working from 6am to 2am in one day and the next want you at 5am.
