Doesn't Recommend
Negative Outlook

I worked at WNA full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

I learned as much as possible about the manufacturing and sales of plastic products.

Cons

Hostile work environment. Upper management is only concerned with their bottom line and doesn't value employees.

Advice to Management

Take control of the company. There are people that abuse their authority. Employees are disrespectful and use vulgar language which seems to be acceptable to management at Lancaster facility. Lack of training, no manuals or direction and no standard operating procedures are the cause of many problems.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at WNA full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Autonomous to some extent, I had a lot of freedom to make decisions

    Cons

The parent company, Waddington Group is buying up new companies every few months and not adding new staff to integrate these businesses.
People are doing their existing job, plus another job in integrating new companies and products.
There is no organization or method, previous companies I worked at put together a project team whose sole job was working on a project, WNA simply refuses to pay extra staff and as a result there is so many burnouts.

    Advice to Management

Pay your people what they are worth, and do things properly.

I have been working at WNA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Excellent insurance if you get the buy-up plans. $0 deductible for $150/month

    Cons

No AC. It's so hot that the ink turns into a runny mess in summer. "In training" means you do the job without a trainer and without extra pay.

    Advice to Management

Work a full shift in each department and then complain about production.
