lead with conviction; many times failing employees were made to feel miserable until they left on their own volition

    Job advancements, promotions, compensation, excellent management, excellent deal flow.

    Cons

    Spintered business units, difficult to navigate IT systems, bank still lacks integration with other business units.

    Advice to Management

    Continue improving IT platform and integration across business units. Recognize employees more often and provide more opportunities for on the job training, schedule regular meetings with other business units of the bank to incourage and foster cross referrals to increase client wallet share and enhance the client relationship to the bank (stiky-ness).
