I worked at Waffle House full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This is a company that will never go out of business so you will always have a job

    Cons

The hours you have to work are ridiculous, and if you cant find someone to fill a spot than get ready to work it. The chain of command is always suggested in times of trouble but if you go hire than your inner circle of management than you are considered a problem employee

    Advice to Management

Don't consider yourself the judge and the jury on all situations you don't always make the best decisions with this mentality and it has resulted in the lost of a lot of quality employees
