    Pros

They are very professional. One of the best place for engine mechanic. Great formation. We are able to have what we need.

    Cons

What of the biggest problem of DDACE is the location! Right behind the Airport. You are squeeze between Dorval Exchange and the metropolitain.

    Advice to Management

I know that the branch manager change, but maybe be more honest with the employees where you want to go or the promise you offer.

I have been working at Wajax full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Excellent sales managers, top notch product. Decent training excellent technology tools. IT has moved to iPhones and Salesforce for CRM, which integrates well.

    Cons

Operations limits sales as they look after their bottom line and bonus, not what is best for the company or the customer. Head office is in Edmonton, which limits some administration functions to starting at noon in the east.

    Advice to Management

Do a better job of hiring operations managers. promote people based on merit, not whether you are drinking buddies. Police operations managers more diligently. Work on establishing, then promoting a corporate culture, because you have none.
