None that I can really think of.

The pay was not bad.

Extremely toxic work environment. Employees are encouraged to call out everyone else's mistakes in front of their peers, which creates a toxic blame game culture. Everything is a number one priority and must be done instantly. No structure. No training. A little company pretending to be a big company. Way behind the times. Unqualified people in management roles. They feel threatened by outside experience and ideas. Nepotism runs rampant through this company. They are mostly family and friends, and you will be an outsider. A perfect patsy to blame their management failures on. Horrible software system. It is clear no one involved in specifying this purchase knows anything except the price was right. Another mistake to blame on someone else. No premium health insurance is kind of a joke with a $5k individual deductible. It might be a fine company on the construction side, but the admin side is a mess. Plenty of turn over in this position. Don't waste your time. Look some where else.
