Pros

A great place for a student to work. Very flexible. Improve your communication skills. Ability to improve customer's mood.

Cons

Sometimes work is not available. Overtime is almost unheard of and looked down upon. Sometimes you will have to pick up the slack when other employees fail to do their duties. High turnover. Methods and systems could use improvement.

    Pros

Great work / life balance, flexible hours and great people. Annual reviews provide feedback and goals. I love the sample sales.

    Cons

After the acquisition by Walgreens, it is almost impossible to be promoted or recognized for what you do here. It is impossible to get things done, b/c 20 different people have to approve it and they apparently don't speak to each other.

    Advice to Management

You need to focus on ecommerce and stop trying to do things the way they have always been done at Walgreens. Ecommerce is different, embrace it.

    Pros

The stores are small, you get decent hours, some employees are nice, helpful, and treat you with respect.

    Cons

Lazy employees (they don't help with anything unless managers get on them)Managers usually don't communicate news with employees. (fraud coupon, etc, etc)

    Advice to Management

Motivate the lazy employees and get them off their behind.
