Approves of CEO

I have been working at Walgreens (More than 3 years)

Pros

I was hired, easy mindless tasks, good way to get experience to use to get a better paying long term job

Cons

Low pay, no raises, closing includes cleaning the bathrooms and emptying trash from outside, no reason to stay long term so no reason to invest personally or care all that much.

Advice to Management

Keep up the great work

I worked at Walgreens full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

A few of the customers are friendly, as well as some of my coworkers.

    Cons

This company has its head so far up its behind they have lost direction. Not only do they care not for their employees, but it is also blatantly apparent they also care not for anyone but the shareholders. Happy healthy is but a gesture of illusion. Come, buy medications and vitamins to go with your diabetes water, sugar, and nicotine.

    Advice to Management

Perhaps you all should go to management school so as to actually have a clue as to what you are doing. Consider investing more in your stores and a little less on the corporate structure, you have many working on frivolous things like resets and revisions that allegedly increase profits but in reality only result in needless work and confusing customers every time you move a product because some moron told you in a prospectus that it would increase profits by X percent. Do these fools even try out their plan-o-grams before they send them to the stores? Does anyone consider inventory levels and overstock before planning the size of store stockrooms? Does anyone at the corporate office use their minds to think things trough or are they all incompetent and lazy like it appears? The CEO should lose his job for his failures, but as long as wall street keep rewarding the shareholders this will not be the case regardless of how bad things have become at this god forsaken hell hole.
