    Pros

    There is nothing to recommend

    Cons

Age discrimination is the norm. Be prepared to be bullied by managers - especially female. If you are over 50, they will do everything they can to push you out. If you use the open door policy, it will never work out in your favor, and you will be a victim of retaliation from then on.

    Advice to Management

Watch your back - the lawsuits are being filed.

I have been working at Walgreens full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    The employee discount, descent music.

    Cons

Cut in salary, position eliminated but still do the same job/work. No union/can't even talk about one.. employees losing sick/personal days. No appreciation from DM ,Corp.Could go on but CEO don't care about employees only stock holders.

    Advice to Management

Go back to the way Charles Walgreens wanted his stores/store employees treated. With respect,a good salary and a reason for employees to love their jobs. It's called appreciation, respect and then you will receive hard work and loyalty.
